I think I’ll stick with the Goop. It’s easy to find, I have less problems with it and it’s cheap.
That works well also!
One of the advantges of working for a large regional hardware distributor is that I occasionally get to look at goodies that interest me…seems there are many different Formulas for Power Grab…just like Goop…Which one didja use Ken? all the ones I found that dried white were for indoor use only…the Allpurpose General Construction stuff I think is what we need…
It was All-Purpose somethin or other, supposedly dried clear…since it was nearly empty, I threw the tube out so I wouldn’t be tempted to try it again.
I used canopy glue to glue in the windows of my first two buildings and lived to regret it. It might be fine for something that is indoors-only, but outdoors, it quickly turns brittle and degrades.
This is for vent fans on an HO engine. Really don’t plan for it to be outside, much.
Well the fans would probably be riveted or screwed down on the1:1 so why would you glue them in place?
BTW …I would never drink a canopy anyway!
