Unusual collision.
If I’m reading correctly between the ads…
The train hit some debris, stopped hard, did not appear to derail, but the passenger cars were destroyed inside. Was the debris really that heavy or were the cars built ridiculously lightweight. Seeing that the freight cars have tarps for sidewalls I’m concerned…
A truck trailer full of beer was blown off a passing freight onto the tracks of the passenger train. It hit it and stopped short. No seat belts and bodies become missiles.
I can’t bring myself to think of what those families must be going through.
Better check your news reports…the “Beer” had little if anything to do with the death and destruction. Later reports suggest an empty flat bed trailer, being carried on a freight train was what came loose, in extremely high winds, and did the damage. Some beer cans from another trailer were seen in the after mass.
Any time “Beer” is mentioned in a news report, especially beer in cans; American watered down alcohol, Coors Light fanatics, go into mass panic.
In checking further news reports from Denmark, it seems there were EMPTY bheer bottles involved, and not cans.
No mas hysteria needed from bheer drinkers…

A nice attitude . . . but not much good for the people injured and killed on the passenger train . . . . (https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-frown.gif)
