Has any one changed there shielded bearings to sealed?

You do know you have to keep lube on the axle shafts themselves.
Not sure why you want to make that “area” dryer. A little weeping would be good, but I’ve never seen it to be a problem, the gearboxes have grease in them.
By the way, you do know that those are hybrid bearings, right?
Can you amplify on your reasoning?
