Battery powering a U-Boat

After a lively lack of any form of debate over on another forum, I’m posting a query here on behalf of a pal who. although pretty clever with the remaining paw, is nonetheless literally-challenged by virtue of a near-lethal stroke.

He took up LS trains because of his inability to manage handling his beloved H0 and n stuff, and has quite a goodly collection but is now having to move to a more manageable location from a living point of view, and taking his simplified lifestyle with him.

So, the question is - has anybody here used battery power, particularly in a trailing truck, on an Aristocraft U-boat?

And if so, lemme know how you did it.

Thanks in advance

I don’t think they’re wired for it, but the wiring is quite simple and it wouldn’t be any trouble.

(This is the only time I had one apart.)

Greetings Terry,

I didn’t spot your post and I do move around a few places, as you probably know.

I will send you a message, which may help.
