“Just heard from Mr Lynch”…gee…he won’t even talk to me anymore.
Considering the flatcar used is the old small ‘1.20.3(?)’ scale offering (MSRP $99 USD), one would be better advised to await the skidder as a separate part (#92699, MSRP $52 USD). Street price would have to be less than $30 on this item. The provided flatcar would be useful if running a small logging train, with original skeleton cars. The intent was to cut costs, but with ‘correct scale’ 1/20.3 flatcars selling for under $45, then the marketting exercise will backfire.
Tim - as I now have eight of the ordinary flat cars, I’m just looking to buy the skidder by itself and dirty it up.
I can pick one up next time I’m in the PNW.

Unlike you guys, he doesn’t know that I’m a cantankerous, objectionable argumentative old fart with a vicious and sarcastic streak of bad humour combined with neither manners nor hair. Nor that I get taken all over the place by a equally cantankerous [but stuffed] vulture who lets me play with his trains.
