Bachmann log car constantly derails in LGB 12000 switch

Only one of my 8 Bachmann log cars almost always derails when running through both the left and right R1 LGB switches on my layout. The other 7 log cars traverse the switches just fine. Can anyone suggest what I need to check on this one log car to fix the issue?

Wheel spacing???

Make sure the trucks rotate and pivot freely.

Thanks Bob, that apparently was the issue. The trucks were screwed down so tight that the wheels kept hitting the sides and preventing the car to make the turns. Problem solved!

Try checking the Gauge on both axles on the trucks
