Bachmann G Scale Caboose - Windows?

Does anyone know if Bachmann ever had window for their G scale bobber four wheel caboose? Are there any windows available in kit form that would fit?

Ed,
It is pretty simple to cut acrylic for the bobber windows. I’ve done several, and they look much better.
Even easier, you can buy a sheet of Mylar from Colorado Model Structures for 99 cents. The Mylar is thin enough to cut with scissors.

I prefer microscope slide glass, it’s even available in 2" x 3". It really looks better.

Use the glue the plane modelers use for their canopies, it goes on white and turns clear, very easy to strip off since it’s glass.

Barry - where can you find the larger microscope slide glass? Have only been able to find the smaller stuff around here.

You’ll need to “scribe and snap” it to size.
I use clear silicone to hold it in place.
