Read on the B’mann ‘kiddies’ forum that the new largescale Climax is available. This seems like a very low key release with no fanfare from the manufacturer. The Lynn should not be too far off.
'sposed to be an improvement on the original. I have an original from 2003. Runs just fine. New one has a larger bunker to accommodate all the new wiring.
I prefer mine.

Did you or another consumer actually have your hands on one?
I got a notice from Hobbylinc about a week ago that the Indy was “now in stock”, with a link to ‘click here’ to see and order… the link took me to a page that said they were NOT in stock, with an unknown availability date.
They completely sold out in a few hours? Somebody was fulla beans? Somebody was too lazy to update the page?
“Anticipate” my ass, just shaddap and ship the damned things already or quit lying about “soon”. I’m NOT gonna give anybody a no interest loan by pre-ordering. And I ain’t gonna play the ‘is it or isn’t it in stock yet?’ game either.
If there is one thing I have complete faith in, Botchmann will once again manage to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, somehow… Personally, I just don’t much care anymore. I spent the money I had saved for it on something else from another place, one that had the item ‘in stock’ when they said they would…
shhhhhhh! JD hasn’t posted he’s “got the first one” from his dealer that always has the newest Bachmann Products on standing pre-order…ya know he’s gotta be upset…
