Does anyone have a Bachmann C-19 and a Accucraft C-19? I would like to see the two together because I’m starting to think the Bachmann maybe a hair under scale and the accucraft is dead on 1:20.3
I was at an open house running my C-19 and one person said its not true 1:20.3 and Bachmann backed off the scale some so the bachmann passenger cars would fit with it better. I can’t find any proof to this so I figured a side by side photo would help.

Never mind. I went back in the files here and found what I was looking for. Both are dead on the same size and I believe the bachmann’s detail is a little better.

While I don’t actually have both, I do have a live steam Accucraft C-19 and my pal has a Bachmann.

And yes, they are identical in size. The Bachmann is an excvellent 1:20.3 model.
