Thanks for posting that–we’ve made that a bunch of times, it’s a family favorite and it’s quick and easy. We sometimes make it with–gulp–soy burger, because my son, for my sins, is a vegetarian. Other times we make it with beef or beef and pork. It’s a good one

We do have something in common. We go nuts over it, also. Soy burger? I’ve got a daughter that would try that. I’m carnivorous.
