The first two images seem to be broken. The construction pics look cool. I’m trying to decide what the white frame is… Is that the floor of the upper level - You actually went to that level of detail??? WOW.
Can you bring one to York to show off ???
Jon, hmmm, the first two pictures show here, just like the others… So, I’m not sure how I can change them…
The white frame, is the cars chassis, upside down… The chassis was built, according to the plans I found in a Railroad Model Craftsman magazine, it includes all the underdeck ribbing… The plans were for earlier model TOFC’s…
I did put in a second floor, but it is just .80 thickness Styrene, secured to angle pieces…
Ric charges me for room that I take up in his van, , but I’ll see what I can do…
First two not showing here either, in both IE or Firefox.

I think it’s because there are spaces between “Autoracks” & “and,” then between “and” & “TOFCs.” The server doesn’t do well with spaces in photo titles. The %20 is how a space is recorded.
The fix is to rename the photos without spaces.
Steve, thanks…
But, I think the problem is a lil more complex, the picutres were originally .art pictures, and I tried to rename them into .Jpeg pictures, and I think I screwed that up…
All the other pictures are from the ““Autorack and TOFC”” file, and they all show…
Hmm… Ya can’t just rename them. Need to convert them.
Andy
The two pictures not showing up have a Cap JPG on them. Try doing it in lower case. All the other ones are lower case. I know I run into truble with this on HTML. It shows up when I test it on my computer but will not show up that way once on the server.
Geoff
ok, tell me if they show now…

Yep, lookin’ good!
Geoff, thanks… Redid the copies in adobe, that’s what the ones are in the orig post…
Is the one in my last post showing??? that one, I changed to small letters on the “” .jpg “”…
Jon, Steve, appreciate the help… thanks
Appreciate the pictures. Very cool. Now you only need to build a string of about 30

Jon, on the autoracks, the chassis is about 250 pieces, and each side is about about 250 pieces, they do take some time… If I modernize the chassis, I can cut down on the pieces there… The newer aluminum autoracks would be fairly easy to construct, as the sides are just aluminum sheets… There sides would be as simple as my AutoMax…

Glade I could help out.
by the way there look great, can’t wait to see them on your layout running. there two tall for my layout with the short tunnels and all.
OH GOOD LORD!!! You tell Ric I will pay for the space…please bring one to York and as much detail about construction as possible…I must build some !!! I can see them behind a trio of Chessie’s now.
You didn’t happen to build a 72’ centerbeam flat yet? I believe I saw one of those in Marty’s pictures somewhere.
Thanks Andy that made my evening!
I’ve seen them in person David, they are beautiful cars…!!
David,
If I charged Andy by the square foot, his railroad would be smaller and my wallet would be bigger. He just tells Jane that so he can spend more money on train stuff. She still thinks track cost $1.00 per foot and he’s paying me the rest for shipping. I get dirty looks from her all the time. We’ve got good stories on overloading Jan’s van. He knows he can bring them. He’s afraid he’ll have to hold them on his lap all the way home.
