Mornin’, all - I need some help making my mind up whether a recently dreamed-up project is actually feasible before I commit myself to a LOT of work and some considerable expense, at least, by my standards.
My queries are aimed only at any of you who have a recent version of the Pacific locomotive. I need to know -
a. The wheelbase - centre to centre, and
b. The diameter of the drivers.

Terry, I can’t help you there. I have the remains of an old original issue one somewhere in my junk box. Don’t know if the wheel diameter or centers changed when they were upgraded or not.

Seems I’m stuck for two power trucks…my project has come to early and fatal halt.
It’s a strange choice of model, and WHY ONE would have wanted to build it is not rational, except to say that I think it would make a fantastic and HUGE model!
