Received a Email from Aristo today with sale items and new arrivals and guess what the 31" barrel track is back in stock but they didn’t have the 21" pizza pie listed. Does anyone know if they will ever make the 21" again? I’d like to get a circle.

I would suggest that you contact Aristo Craft for the answer, they would be the ones to know.
R&G Railroad Company of California still had the 21" circles, maybe the 31" as well. The R&G e-mail is [email protected]
Good to know that the 31" are available again 
Just searched the AC site, they have BOTH pizza circles listed in stock, just search for “circle” and both come up.
Btw their stock numbers:
20" = ART 11140 @ $53.00 sale
31" = ART 11145 @ $62.00 sale
