Aristo Railbus Questions

I’ve wanted a Railbus since day one…never got the nerve to get one. Does anyone have a photo of a Railbus with an Annie? I’d love to see how they compare, and see if one would fit the scheme

thanks
cale

I’m making one out of the Railtruck I got from you. Of course, it won’t look anything like the Aristo
Mine will be short, same length as the Railtruck.

I have a new B&O Railbus in a yellow Aristo box that I will let go for $115.00 plus shipping, if interested. Russ

Cale,
I don’t know about how the railbus would look with an Annie. But I’m betting it would look pretty small alongside a B’Mann J/S coach.

A B’mann combine and a Hartland Mack would make a pretty simple railbus bash.

I see, the Aristo is taller. I forgot it was based on the old Delton, which is 1/24.
Looks like George is quite happy with his. Sounds like a no brainer to me.

Hi David,
I sent to an email.
Russ

Russ;
Ok I read your email.
I had sent you a reply.
I like think it looks sharp.

The Railbus is basically a Sierra combine with the front vestibule removed and a cab and mack hood added. The Sierra combine is behind the Bachmann Baggage car.

Unfortunately it’s behind a bigger Connie and kinda dwarfs the passenger cars, but I’ve run that combo with an Annie and it looks fine.

Course, then again I can always do it this way:

Thanks Ken!!!
