I am looking for contact information for a Mr. Allen Olsen in Denver CO … he has apparently been involved in designing model railroad locomotives, but I don’t know for sure whether he’s a model railroad guy, or a design guy.
Anyone know who this is?

That is Alan Olson and yes he did write for GR.
I think he still does.
I (personally) have not seen anything from him in GR for awhile now Tony.

BTW as far as GR is concerned my last series, on weathering, was started in February 2012 and continued through the April 2012 issue. I had the by-line for the text for Don McCullough’s pile driver article in 2013. I have a review coming soon and also have some feature articles in the pipe line.
