Large Scale Central

Any one live in or very near Calgary, Canada

I have a met a fella on the Run 8 sim I play and he is being bitten by the L.S. Bug real hard. Is a complete novice and needs all the help he could get if possible. Possibly show him a layout and pitfalls to avoid in that area, raised bench versus ground yada yada yada. Any help would be appreciated for him.
Thanks Grant in Oz

I am not in Alberta; send him the link for our web site http://ovgrs.org/; they will get their fill!

Doug Cannon is in Calgary http://www.largescalecentral.com/profile/RockinBRR There’s also at least one GR club in Calgary.

I drew Dougs’ attention to this thread on the Aristo Forum.

There’s an Aristo forum?

That’s a bit like having an Edsel forum, isn’t it?

Yes there is. Not as active as it once was - no new product to discuss or tear apart.

It is there for those who have questions about Aristo products. It is a nice place, nice folks, even if quiet. No brawls and few gripes. (http://www.cosgan.de/images/smilie/musik/h025.gif)

There is an open newsletter from southwestern Ontario at www.ckgrs.com.

tac, you mean there isn’t an Edsel forum?
