I am looking for a member (or former member) of the New Zealand Diplomatic Corps, one Robert Alexander Koehne.
I have e-mailed the NZ Diplomatic Corps Headquarters, no reponse yet.
He owned my Jaguar while he was assigned to Singapore.
I am trying to close up some gaps in the history of the vehicle.

One of the issues is US people search engines don’t seem to work well for areas not in CONUS, so I was hoping somebody in NZ would have access to a local seach engine that might come up with contact info.
