I understand your loss, all I can say is what everyone else has already said. But rest easy in the knowledge that she lived a great life and was loved deeply.

Sorry that I never got to meet her. It’s never easy saying goodbye. 10 years ago we had to do the same with one of the best dogs we ever had. And then, a few years later a rescue came into our life and has done a good job at trying to heal the loss. Hoping the same for you in a year or two.

Ruby is our best “little girl” now. She is mostly Maine Coon, so “little” is relative. She weighs 17.5 pounds and is somewhere between a beagle and a Jack Russell terrier in size.
Oh, and she loves tummy rubs and will not attack you half way through like most cats do.

Roo, I am saddened by your loss. I’ve walked in those shoes recently with the loss of my Remington. The one thing that we will always have are the wonderful memories they leave behind. Cherish those each and every day.

If you ever head back out this way in the near future I can easily accommodate you and the youngest boy. But he MUST bring all his guys/stuff in the carry on bag. You will have to bring his toothbrush cause it will not fit in his bag. He might want to be adopted and it will save you on airfare back home!

Rooster has shown with Z that he is good at getting kids properly through college, so box Kidzilla up and send him there.
With the rest of the clan there CINCHOUSE might not even notice he is gone!

Re reading this thread (as suggested by the experts) holy LSC social media post Rooster and holy crap Joe congrats on 54 yrs of marriage !
Received a card in the postal mail today when I came home from work for my “routine” lunch to let Lilly Louise (dog) out like I have for the past 12yrs. I can tell you that it “made my day” even if it did bring a tear to my eye for numerous reasons. Still getting over that routine but it’s all good.
The boys art work is getting better and better in just a short amount of time! Absolutely love all the color and dang near prototypical correct as well!
Oh …Hollywood and I sent Kidzilla some Amtrak drinkware so that is the reference to the cups.
