I knew it! Tony and Tim are descended from apes! That explains a lot!

Tony, hold on a minute. I did not say that mankind was descended from apes, only that you and Tim are. There is a difference.
Tony,
I had heard of this species, but was not aware of the name. They use recreational sex to ‘calm’ down an irritable male and the females encourage sex to keep harmony in the group. I have seen video of their antics and a senior female will take an irritable adolescent male for a dirty weekend. The females keep the irritable males in line. From memory there is no dominant male and so paternity is spread across the group, much like the testosterone-charged female ‘queen’ hyena who spreads herself around so as to disguise paternity and thus have a ready supply of baby sitters for her litter.
Man and primates have a distant ancestor, but as far as I am concerned they trekked different branches of the evolutionary tree. Maybe our testosterone charged individuals need a little 'recreation'.

Oh, I see that you changed your post. Sneaky.
And, no, I do not have a guilty conscience. One has to have a conscience before one can have a guilty one.
Steve,
just checking if you were there.
I’m here, bro…

Tony, hold on a minute. I did not say that mankind was descended from apes, only that you and Tim are. There is a difference.Or are you saying you are not human? That would certainly explain a lot.
Tony, are you sure that you want to lay claim to being fully human, made in G-d’s image? That might be a stretch, even for you.

Tony,
Your question is the purest example of sophistry that I have ever witnessed. Congratulations!
TonyWalsham said:Tony, 100% DNA makes you a human. However, a simple 1% variation you would have been a chimp. On the other hand, some others could have drawn the short straw and with a few percent variation in DNA, become a pig or a goat or maybe even a humble sheepdog.
In the meantime I will be quite content knowing that science genetically proves me to be a human being.

To be created in the image of God presupposes there is a God.Would you care to offer us some proof of the existence of God?

Prove He does NOT exist.
David Hill said:David, Tony's day to day existence is not based on the existence or belief of God. You profess to be a christian and state a belief in a god. The onus is thus on you to prove his existence, not on Tony. If you cannot prove it then your beliefs are a lie.
Prove He does NOT exist.

David,
strange that you profess a ‘faith’ (trust) in god and yet you do not have trust for human beings who are made in his own image and likeness. I bet god is not packing a handgun and yet he trusted man so much, he died for him and gave him free will as well.
