I believe that there has been another crash involving volatile liquids in Arkansas , my source says head-on collision , two dead , two injured , some place called Hoxie ? Alcohol tank caught fire .
It happened 2-3 days ago apparently

I just did a search, but there is really nothing new to report. The NTSB doesn’t know (or, more likely, they ain’t sayin’) why the crash occurred. They have ID’d the Engineer and Conductor who died. The cargo was household goods and some ETOH, probably ethanol for mixing with gasoline.
I can tell you why the crash occurred. Somebody screwed up. Now, we just have to wait to see how far down the food chain they push the responsibility.
