Yeah, Paul, but just think, in the near future we’ll be able to run our trains with our smart phones, link them with Wi-Fi, upload an APP, program the day’s run, push “GO” and just watch them run until the program comes to an end… Or run it in loop mode and it won’t stop until the batteries die or the power goes off…
Come to think of it, that technology is already here… 
Wow! I’ll be able to run trains all day and have computers to watch and enjoy them so I won’t even have to be there! Think of the time I’ll have for other endeavors!
Although…I could use such a system to organize my workshop.
Where does the water and coal go in those things?
A day of preprogrammed running ? You guys must have great track work!

I agree Stan. I also have been in Dick’s shop, I don’t think the system as we saw it in the video would be adequate. Firstly there would be nowhere to set it up:)

Oh, um, ah. So, with all that technology, I guess us old school, relay controlled DC guys will…what? Upgrade? Nah, that aint happenin. I hate technology, because it doesn’t work as advertized. But then again, if it did work as advertized, I would have to get a real job.

Awright you guys. Don’t you know the truth hurts? From now on I’m charging admission to enter my little corner of Bedlam. I guess I’ll just have to wait a couple more decades until the technology catches up with my messability skills.
