I know how much you hate back channel complaints so I thought it best I put this in the forums for all to read and add their comments on the subject. Hope I don’t get banned again.

It has now been thirty days and as you can see from the picture below there are no cookies on my browser or device nor have there been. I looked all over the desk and floor just to see if the cats had knocked them off. I even checked Topaz’s bed for crumbs to see if she ate them. Nothing was found.
This brings up a number of questions. I understand that delivering cookies to all 4,107 members is a daunting task and even with your superhuman (some might say demi-god like powers) there could be a steep learning curve with production and distribution. I would like to know when I can expect my cookies? Also I think it is important to have cookie parity. Has anyone received their cookies? How many and what kind? It would not be fair for say, Devon or Bart to get more cookies than Kevin or Stan. Conversely Ken should not get less cookies than Sean (if left up to me Sean would get no cookies as he will only feed them to the dog).
I can appreciate that this may be a logistic issue or simple oversight. Could you verify that you sent me cookies? If so, you should know I did not get them. You may have to implement a way to track the cookies. Perhaps something like “LoJack” as I think that Eric (being all electronically smart) may have devised a program to hijack my cookies. Possibly Greg. If either of them have my cookies I want them back. If Rooster is responsible for taking my cookies, I still want my cookies… but different cookies.
Just out of curiosity how do you deal with the members in other countries? Is there a cookie exchange rate for say Alan or Tony? Do you have to use the term biscuits for them?

Also wondering if you are open to suggestions. I like snicker doodles the best, followed by macadamia. Peanut butter will do in a pinch but oatmeal and raisin can be fed to Sean’s dog. If this is doable here is my grandmothers recipe which you are welcome to use.
Snicker Doodles
Ingredients
1 cup butter softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Mix together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt together. Set aside.
Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs and blend well.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. (Makes about 3-4 dozen cookies)
Giving out cookies is a great idea and right neighborly of you. As you said it should “make my experience with the website better”. Now if I can get MLS to deliver milk instead of cheese things should be looking up in no time.
