Sure hope they have better track than the “Crescent” runs on. Man, I thought I was coming out of that top bunk.(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cry.gif)

Actually Pete that is a Sightseerer lounge which is a superliner and is part of the AutoTrain. I believe Ross was referring to the article here
That dome car is ex GN and has mainly traveled the west coast with the Surfliner
The Boston and Maine is quite smooth IMHO…I’m sure it’s a great ride, but from what I hear the dome car seats are first come, first serve. When you get onboard half way between Portland and Boston I assume you find yourself in amfleet coach class.
That’ll be fun to see at North Station. Right now they’re just a string of coaches with a cabbage on one end and a P42 on the other.
Amtrak Vermonter video I took yesterday. Not a great quality, but I got super close to it! Wrong end of the state, but I thought I’d share anyway!
Thank you John and once again welcome to LSC!

If the wife was on the bottom bunk then why post a frowning face?
