Nice work, cars look great. Are these kits or scratch?

Chuck

Nice fleet & very nice job of painting, weathering and decaling.
Ralph

Nice stuff, John. My faves? The trash gon for sure, and especially that Hanrahan reefer, which is a masterpiece! Lovely.

Really nice cars John. Great looking train

Beautiful! Thank you for posting the pics. Layout looks well kept.

Looking good John. You’ve been busy

Chuck,
All are scratched except the 27 box. It’s a PNG kit.
I use scribed siding, basswood strips, Ozark and PNG castings.
Trucks are Accucraft and R & K Railroad products.
The 2 40’ flats ride on PNG Andrews trucks.
All are 1:20.3 scale. Decals by Stan Cederleaf.

I still have Derrick OP, it’s idler flat and the work car, plus a 40" bunk car to finish.

It’s been a fun winter in the shop.

John - really nice work. I’m lucky if I have time to make 1 car over the winter - how do you do it?

Hey John,
Looking gooood! I see you have a DSP&P Tiffany Reefer. Care to part with it? I need one to go with my DSP&P Live Steam 2-8-0 and Bogie.
Noel

John they came out nice. You sure have been busy. They look great together. I especially like that work caboose.

Thanks, Guys!
Pete,
I’m retired and don’t have a life other than puttering in my shop.
Noel,
Decaling that Tiffany was a b*&^%! I tried to keep it as close to prototype as I could.
There are no known photographs showing Tiffs with ice hatches and no color pics.
Some authors say white, light gray, ivory, etc. I went with ivory.
So I think I’ll keep it.

Beautiful! Great job on all of them!
