little over 3 weeks to go. just got my wrist bands back to day. who else is going?
I’m planning on being there Saturday.
Sat early is the plan!!
Sean
Be there both days
Stan
I will be there also @ CVRHS booth @ pole 53 between buy runs for both days.
Stan I have a package for you.
I’m thinking I might consider this year. It’s a long drive for me, so I only go every couple years. Hope to see some good deals at Charles Ro perhaps?
Probably going Sunday, have to work Saturday. Like Jeff I hope to see some finds @ Charlie Ro’s.
Todd, I remember going to their booth less than 10 years ago and finding $100 GPs and F3s! I used to buy a locomotive a year from the show just using the spare change I had saved. Although, one year I did buy an ABA…but I didn’t feel too bad about breaking my budget for such a deal!
I am looking for an f3…
The Club members will be there this year, But sadly I will not. I’m having my Toe nails done that weekend.
Nick
I’ll be there on Saturday for the sixth time at the show. I’m really looking forward to it and hope to find some nice deals. The USAT booth is a nice display but the prices are so so . I did get a circle of 10 diameter track for $160 last year so that was good.
I have my wish list.
Hi Folks,
The only G Scale layout there will be in area 84 in the middle of the Young Bldg. It is listed under the Mohegan Pequot Model RR Club. The club HO layout will be across the isle from the G scale layout in area 85.
Stop by and say hello to us at the layout. We will have a 40" turntable new this year. It is still a work in progress but fully functional to turn engines. Some of the M&P members are also Central Connecticut G Gaugers Modular Group members.

Is Bob bringing his container crane this year?
I hope Larry leaves his speedo @ home this year!
Sean
Hi Sean,
Bob will have his container crane and modules, he has had to do some rework on the crane, but he says that it is now working fine.
As for Larry’s speedo, I hope that it got lost somewhere in New Jersey during the hurricane!!! HaHa!!!

Bob - So how many USA Bi-Level Auto cars will be running on the GREAT CT LAYOUT?
Hi Ray,
No rolling stock with extra height will be running as we will have the “Niantic River RR Bridge” in the layout again this year. Some of the guys may buy some however. Next year we will leave out the bridge so the extra height stuff can run.
I’m packed and ready to go, I will tow up my trailer Thursday and unload my stuff and go to the hotel and partake of some “807s”!!! But not too many!!!
Are you coming to the show??

What is the top-of-rail-head to Bridge low point?
I am just wondering if my 1:32 Super Superliners would clear it?
The roof’s are a bit above the LGB Genesis.
HOPE 2 - Will have to check with the Doc/Warden/Boss/CFO
if I have enough ‘POINTS’…;^)…also a ride as this
‘old man’ is under house arrest…aka NO DRIVE for a while.
…(no Adult beverage/Lead_Foot/etc. involved - just healing)…
A ‘scary photo’ is the show web site…Insane Wayne in one photo
and two other LSC CT folks in other the G layout photo’s…
Even ‘think’ I saw Stan Ames pondering a ?? gauge layout…
