The General Belgrano was a Pearl Harbor Survivor, too, when she was in the US Navy. Have to look up what her name was then…
Tony,
yes facts can be misleading. Like, the Belgrano was tailed for 24 hours and when sunk, was actually outside the ‘war zone’. I believe it was actually the iron lady herself who gave the order, against the wishes of the submarine commander chasing the craft.

Or is it that only bikers are right wingers? Do right wingers ride Gold Wings, or some other brand of bike, or do they ride bicycles? I just have to know. Are you excluding any left winger from riding a bike? There are some on this forum who might be inclined to take exception to that exclusion.
Something to get the right-wingers on their bikes. (Big Snip)
Just for fun, I asked 4 people I met at the Carlyle Post Office yesterday, if they new Dennis Phillips or saw what he wrote. Nobody cared what he wrote and one person thought he was related to a distant cousin. Basically, nobody cared. Sorry.

Looks like that ties right in with the thread title, eh? Yep, the devil made me do it!
HJ,
It probably does.
Ric,
you certainly missed the point. It was the message and not the messenger that was important. Typical response, shoot the messenger.
Oh, by the way, I asked at my local post office if anyone had heard of Ric Golding. One person thought that he was the local moneylender.

[It’s arguable that right-wingers would melt their Gold Wings down for the gold and walk.
It’s arguable that left-wingers would give their Gold Wings away to the poor and walk.
Give me the centre any day. At least we ride![/quote
Left-wingers NEVER give their Gold Wings away to the poor and walk, they give EVERY ONE ELSE’S Gold Wings away and fly. Just look what is happening in Washing DC right now.

A money lender - wow! does that miss the target. All my spare money goes to buying Tony’s products. You must have mistaken my for Richard Goldberg. Golding, it English - protestant Christian.
I have been accused of having my name changed from O’Goldingsteiniski - a Jewish, Irish, Polock, but wrong family.

I do a fair amount of business with Dave. I also use the RCS remote control battery system He and the system he installs (and don’t forget the Llagas track) get my highest recommendations.
You are right Tony, Dave Goodson has provided me and many others with great service by installling your product while tweaking equipmnt to make it run at its potential.

Chuckle! Good one, Noel!
One of my colleagues at work is a Golding. Won the world karate championship in his weight division 15 - 20 years ago, then competed in the open event and came third.
Next time you meet Ric, guys, check out the colour of his belt . . . .
