Amazed that they had what I wanted!

I usually pass on ordering anything from St. Aubin as every time I wanted something, it was out of stock. But this time they said they had what I needed.
In passing the fellow mentioned they are trying to keep their web site up to date as that was a major problem that was not addressed in the past.

Now I’ll see if a delivery truck stops by one of these days real soon.

Looking over some of the other train store on line ads, they are now starting to get a little bit more up to date too.

How nifty in the computer age to stay informed…

I’ve always been lucky with St Aubins. They’ve had in stock what I wanted. But the other day I called Watts about an item advertised in GR and they were out…:frowning: Been getting a few good deals on Evil bay but a couple things I want seem to always go for more than retail :mad:

I ordered a couple items from Ridge Road Station lately. Their website said “in stock.”
They were. :slight_smile:
Then I ordered a couple things from Nicholas Smith Trains. Their website said “in stock.”
They were not. :frowning:

Wonders never cease !!!

Called Trainworld reluctantly as they had listed online what I needed and it was in stock too !

Strangest thing, the gal that took my order was pleasant and helpful even with the Brooklyn accent…

Nothing like the past…

Maybe times are a changing and doing business nicely is the only way to go ? Hip hip hurray for them…

You must have gotten the same girl I talked to last week. That was her first day at work. She’s not burned out…yet! If you have ever done phone work you would know what I mean…:frowning:
