When I right-click on an Album pic and selet properties, I get this. Joe doesn’t? (Thread in Live Steam on TARR.)

Interesting. That’s IE throwing up for some reason. FF and Chrome seem to play nice. Odd

I just put an album together and I am still getting the same results. (IE10 and W8) . Can someone please explain how to post photos from an album in a Forum thread?

Pete - Is there any way you can try another browser? I don’t have that scripting issue with Firefox, but I do have to trim excess data from the URL once I get it. Stuff like ?c=2929 immidiately after .JPG

The url for the above photo was copied from one of your albums.

It is… largescalecentral.com/public/album_photo/c2/b0/01/1ae13_3130.jpg

Just add www. in front and it will post

Using IE you can’t get the URL of the photo (although I untangled the ‘view source’ and found it.) That was the point of the original post to this thread.

I’m trying to persuade Bob to fix his script, or for someone to find a work-around that doesn’t involve viewing the source.

And no, I am not about to try another browser. I have a very fast and expensive new laptop to replace my old desktop that has a serious case of “WinRot” as Mark Gibbs calls it - an overload of little programs and registry erros that slow it down. No additional software on this computer unless I absolutely can’t live without it.

Hope you can convince Bob to get a fix for us newer computer that dose not like a lot of stuff here. Just hard to get around in here.
Maybe some short cut buttons on the post box? Old computers work fine. Old guy.

In frustration I’ve quit trying to post pictures on LSC. Time is too fast and life too short for me to figure out what all the problems are… I have a railroad to run.
