AC Sierra Observation car rocks back and forth

I have one AC Sierra Observation car that rocks back and forth when running. The combine cars do not do this. The rocking back and forth also cause the lights to flicker. I have looked at the obvious. Turn the car over, all is aligned. I have greased it etc.

Any ideas?

Hmm.

Look closely at the wheels. Are they all round?

Pull the wheels out of the trucks and roll them down the track.
You’ll prolly find a slightly bent axle.
