3. What MOTIVE POWER do you run? Late steam and early diesel

4. Where is your pike? Outdoors, but I have a branch line that runs into the garage for staging.

Thanks for doing this and I’m looking forward to the results. Would have been nice if the survey included control, i.e. DCC, R.C./battery, traditional power, live steam, etc.

Interesting question Dave. My outdoor layout is 1:20.3 small short line around 1890. I design most of my scratch built stuff and all my MIK stuff at 1:24 for ease of measuring and its a good in-between rubber scale. Before launching in On30 my indoor was going to be 1:24. I am going to do a 1:24 ceiling run. And scratch building or bashing is the rule!!!
