Besides putting the “usual materials” through the laser I also cut Styrofoam on the beast. Sure cuts very nice arches. Laminate several layers and a lot of time and aggrevation is saved. Pictures coming up a bit later.
Since the bridge is larger than the 24" that will fit on the laser I split the job and the joint is off center (alternating left and right) to get max strength. As I mentioned in another forum I like running trains better than fixing recurring problems.

Just about ready to apply the tile glue, that stuff is indestructible out in the weather. Now all I need to find out is: carve the stones first in the styrofoam or apply the tile cemet let it semi-harden and carve. The Merc on the bridge is the only 1:22.5 vehicle (delivery van) in my collection, but the bridge is narrow enough to place a “Yield to on-coming traffic” sign, as intended.
