Large Scale Central

A one evening flatcar build

I had this section of LGB floor panel that I got in trade, but wasn’t really sure what I was going to do with it… until I was looking for something else and came across a piece of car frame and some basswood.

And a pair of Kalamazoo trucks, Delton stirrups, and some Hartland anchor loops

A brake staff, wire grabs and a quicky paint job and it’s almost ready for service.

And only about 2 hour’s work

Nice build. You must have one heck of a junk box to come up with all the builds you do. Stilll getting good ideas from it. keep up the good work.

4 parts sorters, 3 baskets, 3 drawers and 2 totes full of ‘stuff’ - about a quarter of it is junk junk that I simply haven’t got around to throwing away.

One man"s junk is another man"s treasure. So I need to see it before you throw it out. Just kidding my wife would kill me.

Looks good mik. Throw some coffee stir sticks on top. That will give it a nice old look.

One night! That would take me a week!

Looks good.

I like that utility trailet in the background of the first picture. I have one in the backyard that looks just like it! Mine is full-size.l

Mik, wonderful workmanship…
