Thanks guys! I researched a lot of old heralds to get the right “feel” for mine, while still keeping it unique. It’s been a fun project!
Don’t know how soon I’ll be able to put it on some rolling stock. The few cars I have are straight out of the box, and I’ll have to spend some time upgrading and repainting them. I definitely want to put the color version on a lighted drumhead at the end of a passenger train someday!
I got a few LGB boxcars that I’m using brake fluid on to take off the decals. My daughter wants to learn airbrush painting so she can paint those and then I’ll decal them.
