A must see- "This is what we do, we're Americans."

A Navy Corpsman saves a life.

Damn brings a tear to your eyes.

Thank you all

Just love these stories. Thanks for sharing. But especially thanks to all that have served and are serving to defend and protect our freedom.

“Veteran’s Day” is always very upbeat for me. I enjoy seeing Veterans old and new slapping each other on the back and sharing the simple “thanks for the service”. Many people get this day confused with Memorial Day, when we honor those that have given “the ultimate sacrifice for their Country”. Yes, they are also Veterans and some tears are always shed, but this day honors all that have served and worn the uniform in defense of all that we have. Thanks to all of you. Its great to have such friends.

Thank you Steve. This Sunday the Pastor will ask all the Veterans to stand and receive an honor from their follow menbers. There will be several ladies stand who served as well!

Back when I was a “Company Aid Man,” the Marines had a recruiting slogan “The Marines are looking for a few good men.” Being full of piss and vinegar, we young Hospital Corpsman responded with, “The Marines already have their ‘Few Good Men.’ They are Navy Corpsmen.”

For some reason, the general didn’t see the humor.

Good job, Sarah! And she has red hair! Sweet!
