Today was a gathering of people that shared a common interest. We talked about our hobby and there were some people just interested in trains. Nice to have a get together where it’s not political in nature like clubs usually are about.
Many have been in various clubs but would rather do that again. Gee what a nice day…

I’ve been following that event over on MLS and that is a good place to have fun. Looking forward the the Big Train Show in Ontario Calif next summer.
We have a monthly gathering on the first Saturday of the month. Different folks, different gauges/scales but fun too. Trains trains yippee what a habit !

I like your idea but it would be challenging since we are such a diverse group. Would we get together in England, Germany, Tokyo, Australia? I do look forward to Ontario next year. It’s only an hour away for us and I was raised there and worked there for 30 years.

I’ll see you outside with the live steam guys at BTS or whatever they decide to call the event next year. We had a load of fun on the rusty boat but that venue is closed. Just ask anyone who was there about the piano bar.
