One more sound file. This is probably my favourite locomotive sound. To get the full effect, your sound system must have a subwoofer. If you are able to stream it over your home theater system, I think you’ll like it. There is a bit of static I’m still trying to repair, but it still works pretty good.
High Idle kicks in when the locomotive is cold, hot, and when using dynamic brakes.
I’ll throw in one extra. Notch 8 inside an SD75 cab. Pretty much the same for an SD70M-2.
