A Custom LGB Shorty Combine

I have been thinking about adding a combine to my shorty LGB passenger train but the problem is LGB never made one. I thought about getting a Pennsy full length car and cutting it down but it would have taken a lot of cutting to make it happen.
Recently I found 2 short Pennsy cars for $25 each and it dawned on me to take one, cut out 2 windows, 3D print 2 doors and slam it together.

Looks really nice, though the door looks too big?

Thanks. I would have preferred to make the door smaller but I had to stay within the frame of the 2 windows that were cut out. It is about 3/4" wider than the baggage car door.
