A Brass Critter

Beautiful!
Another masterpiece out of your shop.

Looks super.
What switch?

Question: I see the prototype is diesel-electric built by GE. Where is the exhaust?

The exhaust pipe is the switch but it’s a capped like a Supertrapp muffler for adjustable back pressure. Right? Yes /No

Great work Bruce. Looking forward to seeing it in March.

Doc Watson

Thanks again, guys.

It was pleasant outside today so I took my little critter out for a few laps around my layout.

It’s nice to see it outside in the natural light.

Beautiful…

Awesome.

Are you going to make one for each of us?

Very nice Bruce. Looks great out there.

Cool…it’s to clean an shiny for a box cab! But it looks great !

Thanks for sharing Bruce.

Bruce,

I really like the builders plate. I think that is a great detail to have.

Matt

Thanks again.

One of my presents for Christmas was a kitchen scale that I plan to use for mixing resin by weight. It is obviously sensitive enough to weight the model.

The critter weighs almost five pounds. Plenty heavy enough to not have to add any weight.

awww, a 5 lb critter, congrats…

Very nice. So if it’s out on the layout I guess that means it is officially done!

Done indeed. I suspect the next time you see it will be in York.

Really looking forward to it. Is the coupler height adjustable? Or is it at the Kadee standards?

Run time on the Timesaver, sounds like a plan.

Ric, this one is set at the Kadee height, using their own gauge. Yeah, should look very nice on the Timesaver. I also hope to play yardmaster somewhere at the Invasion.

I could use some help in Craig Leigh…

The Accucraft couplers will play nice with Kaydee too.
