Why did you decide to use truck mounted couplers?
Most of my equipment is Steve

Why Aristo Couplers and not Kadees or Accucraft?

Did you get a good deal or sumpin?

I’ve done my part, Bart. Those questions should be good for a few pages… :stuck_out_tongue:

A couple of coupler deals were had Steve, but I try to use what I have and Aristo couplers are on most of the factory made equipment i have.

Thank you all for the comments. They are appreciated

How come you didn't match the paint to the decals?
If you look at MAPLE you will see that once dry the colors are very close

Way to go Hollywood. But I also would love to see a picture of the whole consist.

Sooooooo, what’s next?

Sweet. Lets see them riding the rails.

Are you going to weather them?
I haven't desided yet. though I am leaning towards weathering for the hoppers.

Sure, and I'll use solveaset on them as they do. I might even paint the edge of the decals if there are any blemishes

For consist pics I’ll be a bit

:( Ralph

Well it took a while to get them in service but, now that I have an era proper loco to pull them …

I have a balance issue on a couple boxcars

But the hoppers ran great.

Above train running photos were made possible through a gracious invitation to come run trains from the “Rooster”
Thanks again for the interest(http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)
