This is true, the decals werent cheap. make an offer.
Though often used for larger capacity hoppers in smaller (1:29, 1:32) scales, the Bachmann 3 bays are nominally 1:22.5 scale, not 1:20 as shown in the review video.
Seems to me there was a Garden Railways magazine issue in the late 80’s or early 90’s with a “letter to the editor” review that went over the Bachmann hopper dimensions.
