Large Scale Central

50 feet to go

I know but at least we are having nice weather to work in to fix unexpected!

Today I’ll learn how to download pictures from the new camera.

Well it’s Tuesday, I can now download pictures. Most of these were taken by my wife.

The first one is a large freight leaving the wye.

More track inspectors.

It was sure a nice day to run trains.

Today the trains were put to bed.

Tuesday? Say what?

Looking good.

I was tired on Monday and there was a learning curve!

ah, tyred, I understand.

Beautiful. Sorry I missed it.

Doug,

I hope you had fun. You worked hard enough.

I really enjoyed it. It gave me the opportunity to see where the next projects are.
Now that I’m almost rested up I know i’ll tinker with and build next.
I think it’s time to start building Jigstones buildings. They don’t blow away!

Congrats, Doug. Looks great!

-Kevin.

Good stuff, Doug. Now you can set your projects list to “random play” which is a lot more fun than the “this has to get finished first” list. (Says he who wishes to be at that point, too)

Just remember that the first 6 weeks of next year will have you tied up with Mik’s build Challenge 2015!!

I’m going to get the workspace in the house cleared because that’s usually the coldest and snowiest time of the year.

Good time to keep the wood stove burning!

Today was another work day, my nephew had a great time, hopefully he becomes a large scaler. Doug, is Sara tired of us yet?

Nah, Sara didn’t mind at all. She got to work on a quilt all day.

Wish I had gotten pictures of the work you two did!

Is your nephew drawing up plans for the expansion of your layout?

I may do some measuring today on cribbing for the Dirty and Dusty.

Well I think we have one more work day. I sent Ed a link this morning for a couple Shays!

That triple truck with the sound / dcc onboard looks tempting at $500 bucks

And DCC too?!
