I remember when I was a kid, watching either the 4th of July Parade or the Veteran’s Day Parade. As the American Legion Band marched by, I noticed a guy in a Wermacht uniform playing one of the instruments proudly marching with them.
I asked my dad about it.
He said, “Oh, that’s Johan. They needed someone to play 1st Trumpet in the band.”
