Me and the 'trouble and strife. (London rhyming slang) have been together for almost 49 years now. As for turning blind eyes, Steve, that is not always the case. I am frequently reminded of my many faults. lol

Thanks, guys, for all the wishes. The little party yesterday was great - steam was raised, many trains were run, and two converts to LS were made, ‘just for the grand-kids, y’know…’ yeah, right :wink:

Ah … a family day to celebrate then? It’s all good! Many congratualtions to both of you!

As with most “youngsters” my first marriage was not to be. We made it 9 years before we discovered we weren’t “compatible” or at least admitted it to each other. Will be 10 years on this one and we aren’t perfect neither of us but we agree that we are defintely compatible msot of the time and when we aren’t I go play with trains.
