Boyz, Here’s a couple pics of a 1:20.3 forty foot reefer I just finished.

great looking car…

Nice! Phil Dippel? 40 foot cars are VERY long in 1:20

I like it…

Yep, It’s a PNG!
And I see I forgot to hang the brake hoses and glad hands. Oh well, I’m going to try Bruce’s magnet idea anyway.
I started a PNG 27’ box car yesterday.

Bob, I like that Hanrahan!
'cept it’s too clean.

nice looking build John

The J&B strives to keep the cars well maintained and clean, unlike some of those western railways.

Good looking model, John. PNG does have very nice kits.

Very Nice John!

Part of the per diem agreement with the J&B is that I have to run interchange cars through the washer before I send them back! I really need to talk to the management over there.

Did the J&B specify that the cars had to be washed with water?

JB,
Very nice job on the weathering.
Pretty good pictures, too
Ralph

Couple of build shots. I’m really not very good at documenting builds like most of you guys. Sorry…

And thank you Mike, for painting it for me!.

(Mike has a paint booth in his shop. I can’t paint inside, because my wife is allergic to certain paints… So Mike volunteered to paint the reefer for me.)
I did the weathering and Mike dusted it up a little.

Great looking John, at least you take pictures of your projects and post them for all to see. Unlike our buddy Mike who has a new project and no pictures yet.

jb, that is an awesome job. Bravo Zulu!

Looking good John. Have you gone back to Accucraft couplers? I thought you converted everything to Kadee a while ago.

Jon,
I ran out of center set KD knuckles. But there is 8 of 'em sitting on the counter down at my LHS for me. I gotta pick them up.
I’m still a KD man!
