3 new sub-forums

It is a pleasure to join officially this forum. I have heard remarkable resonance about this forum. And because of the great idea of the founder Bob McCown to allow sub forums I have decided to sponsor 3 new forums and hopefully give two of them a permanent home away from the archaic YAHOO community. The third one comes quite natural to me “All about TRAINLI”. We have decided it is so much easier to host within a great forum instead of maintaining our own forum. But it is not only about TRAINLOI but it also about two other great brands that we represent LGB and ZIMO.

We hope that we receive great discussion and questions, and are looking forward to be permanent contributors to this forum.

All three forums can be found under TRAINLI in the subsection ADS and VENDORS

Welcome to the site, and I appreciate the support.

Axel, welcome to the group/forums…

Welcome aboard, Axel.

Always good to have the dealers involved. Welcome aboard Axel

As an old advertising guy, I have always wondered why more dealers/manufacturers weren’t involved with sites like ours. It makes sense to have a venue to advertise and generally let clients know what is available. Being on a website with your end-users is a no-brainers, and the manufacturers that don’t take advantage of the opportunity seem to just be no-brainers too! The big plus in being involved on an enthusiast website is two-fold. Firstly, you have all your market research for free. Just listen to the other guys on the site and you know pretty much what will sell and what might be an iffy idea. Also, being “one of the gangs”, so to speak, engenders a loyalty that money can’t buy. It’s a win-win for seller/manufacturer and client alike. This site, particularly has a great vibe, and seems to fit well with the TRAINLI style of doing business.

Welcome aboard Axel. You are correct, this is a great site with great people, especially Bob who allows us to come into his living room and make some great friendships.

Welcome aboard!

Thank you guys. I have heard many good things, and it is a pleasure to find a new home.

As dave said and hope your stay is enjoyable

Axel,

We’ve spoke at shows, but then you talk to lots of people.

You’ll enjoy this place, Bob runs a nice watering hole, gathering spot, hot stove - pick your own description.

Your products are welcome and needed.

Its a fun place where a lot of the big boys and girls play and show off what they can do or help someone else. Kind of reminds me of “Tom’s Hobby Shop”, where I hung out as a kid.

Welcome Aboard!

Welcome Axel, I heard about you from members here and have had great experiences with you, Joanne and Dan since. I will be placing an order for more things on Monday.

Mark

I will be monitoring these 3 new forums along with Axel and am waiting to assist any way I can.

Axel Glad to see that you have joined our merry bunch. Do you model, or just run the store? If you model, there is only 4 1/2 months till Miks Build challenge 2016.
