It’s a good thing Ken wasn’t there or he would have run up and took a wiz on Shorty while he was laying there vulnerable!
No he wouldn’t. Ken doesn’t do snow.
What are the plans for the plow movement to the KVRR then ?

Haha thanks guys.
Rooster that is a weather van of a cold Rooster freezing his nuts off. The boy gets lots of trackage rights these days. He actually hogs it up on me.
Jon so far the bridge held up, the guys were a little nervous though.
Ken keeps saying he doesnt d snow yet I still haven’t seen that plow car make it up this way yet(http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)
Wish in one hand, crap in the other. See which one fills up faster…
Thanks for posting John, I always like seeing ‘old growth’ layouts with fancy buildings.
Pictures of snow is as close as I need to be anymore.
Glad to see we’re not the only ones with snow…(https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)
I won’t be seeing my pike for a while …16"+ of the white stuff. I did try to plow and take picks …just came down too fast… (http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-yell.gif)
Those are magnificent structures on your RR John B. The red really pops in the snow.
Is it safe to say that with all that snow the mill was closed?
Nothing “fancy” about those buildings. (https://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-laughing.gif)The whole RR was closed on that day!
Yesterday, we had a fresh snowfall of an inch or two…it varies a lot along the length of the W&Q. I took some photos of my plow in “action” the snow was too wet and heavy for any real plowing to happen under steam power.
I love that white house. It looks so real and reminds me of my parents old house when they lived in Delhi NY. (https://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)
Winter means snow in New England eventfully …
Forecast called for some snow … clear the line was the order for the crew … the plow was sent out to check clearances…
Snow came …
The plow was sent out…
It was wet snow …
We received more snow … the line was cleared without any mishaps … a visiting engine was put to use
later after the line was clean … they started on the yard …

You get an “A” in picture posting! (https://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)
I tried running my plow again today, but the snow was coming down too hard…two locomotives just sat there with the wheels spinning!
It turned to rain/ice before we got really any snow to plow…
Thought I’d already posted this, but I don’t see it…
February is still winter…
Beautiful sunny day 50’s…
