Enjoy!
Wonderful video, Thank you for sharing it with us.
I thought that you had given up large scale it is great to see that you
just couldn’t let it all go.
Merry Christmas to you and yours!
Rick
Very nice!
Pretty cool!
Very nice video, you have done a very nice job in setting up good scenes for videos and you edited them into a great timing order.
Making everything interesting.
Dennis
As Rick said, it’s good to see you post again Timmyd. Another great Christmas video. Thanks for posting (http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)
Nice video and great details on your display. How many visitors to your house lay right down on the carpet like a kid for a better view?
I know I would.
I also watched your 2015 video and it looks like the town got more snow this year.
Was that you playing the piano?
Merry Christmas.
I agree with Dennis. The video is very watchable and well done. I especially like the suspense created by the set-up shots before the train actually comes into view moving. Great!

Thanks Todd…yes, I’m playing all the instruments.
Yes…I’m still here. Just retired 2 weeks ago. Now it’s time to get with the outdoor layout (http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)

Congrats !!
So you will be posting more now that you are retired?
very nice video and great music!!
Here’s a different perspective of the 2016 Redmond Creek RR Christmas Train that gives a better idea of the complete layout.
Very cool!
Even cooler with the lights
Very nice. I will be setting up my Christmas train soon enough and I wish I had the room like you do to actually have the train go somewhere like yours.
That is great! What are you using for roadbed?
The train goes through the living room and dining room (grand piano in the dining room instead of a table). In order to do it I need to keep to a single mainline and a reverse loop on each end. That way it stays close to the walls and out of the way.
The roadbed is from Aristo Craft but don’t believe they make it anymore as I’ve not found it anywhere. I use the roadbed to keep the crap from the wheels and track off the white carpet… also to hide the wiring.
Tomorrow is the big day for our annual holiday open house. Think I will start drinking now
