So, I can preorder the one car, and pick it up at the show, but the other car I have to order and have it sent to me? Now that’s kind of odd.
And the form doesn’t ask what quantity I want of each car. Strange.

Lou, I’m not sure I can really help. That website is really messed up. I found that that links at the top of the page were mostly OK, but the ones at the bottom took me to 2014 cars and shirts. The hotel link takes me to the directions.
Like Ric pointed out above, the Holiday Inn is going away (no great loss) and turning into a Wyndham Garden, but there’s NO indication of that on the web page. The rest of the internet has it mentioned a LOT.
It’s official. Just made my hotel reservations, so you guys will have to deal with me for another year.

Ooh, I’m in the club as well. For some reason I couldn’t get it to work online, but I had to call to make my reservations. I’m hoping for better service, but I think it’s the same management.
I do know it will be a good time.
Every time I bring up this thread I get a Google Ad for Motel 6 North in York. I think the ads are trying to tell me something. Hopefully rooms will still be available somewhere once I can commit.

Harry has sent out a message this morning, that it would be to people’s advantage to verify their reservation after February 1st, once the change to the Wyndham has been completed.
I called them the other day to verify my reservations an they said there would be no issue.
But I guess it would not hurt to verify.
I am still waiting for my flippen vacation days to be approved or denied. I resubmitted them tonight. My boss can be a real bone head sometimes.

Not sure if anyone has tried calling the host hotel to book a room but I just tried reserving a room on line and kept getting a message that no rooms are available. (I was trying to book 3/26 thru 3/29) So I booked at a different hotel. Suite with king size bed and 2-person Jacuzzi bath was $119.00/ per night. Here: Comfort Inn & Suites 2250 N. By now many of you guys will know that, God willing, I’m bringing dear old Father Fred with me down to York. On Fred’s suggestion I have just extended our reservation at the Holiday Inn, now called the Wyndham Gardens Hotel York, from Thursday March 26 thru to Sunday morning, March 29. So we expect to still be in York then, and ready at the very least to have breakfast there. Here’s hoping some of you will also be lingering down there. We’re both going to the show not to shop or bargain hunt, but to meet with the usual suspects and any newcomers who join in the general tomfoolery.
Now, by Sunday morning, our numbers may have thinned out considerably, but if you are going to still be there, do make a point of touching base with us…
The Wyndham is honoring reservations made with Holiday Inn, the 'phone number is the same, the same good people are still working there, and the ECLSTS room rate (USD$90.00) holds good. I cannot say that you will still manage to get a room there, but here’s the number if you want to give it a shot:

The “Drag & Brag” gathering is on Friday evening, at the, now called “Wyndham”, formerly Holiday Inn Holidome, on Louck’s Avenue.
Bring your own bheer, or other beverage…a large ice tray will be available to keep them cold. There should be a notice near, or in the lobby, directing you to the room. Donations are requested towards the cost of the room.
In the past, the room was open from around 18:00, until midnight. Ric, and Jan are looking after the arrangements for the room.

Well in between shifts of working the snowthrower I called and reconfirmed my Reservation to the new Wyndham. Can’t wait for a march trip to the ECLSTS. Hope I’ll be able to get out of Newengland by then.
