I’m trying this to see if I’ve got this pic posting thing right. Here’s a pic of my 2-4-0 conversion done on an old Bachmann Porter in 1/24 scale. I originally made this in 1/20 scale but have since decided that my RR would be in 1/24 scale as I have a couple of pieces of rolling stock I scratched in 1/24 a couple of years ago. Inspiration comes from the 42" narrow gauge railways in Newfoundland. The figures are some repainted 1/24 Lionel figures I found at a local hobby shop. The loco is RC battery powered using an RCS EVO E3 system and a Futaba surface radio. The tender is a New Bright toy I picked up at a swap meet and it holds the RC system and battery pack.

Thanks guys. I’ll have to get some better pics as the lighting in these is a bit off and you can’t see the details too well. These old Porters are great runners. I’m redoing another for a friend.
