1st SNOW OF THE SEASON

If this crap keeps up here in GA we are likely to have a first for snow. Later RJD

Hey Jerry, I am hoping for snow here in Mississippi this winter to get my trains out and run. We only have snow occasionally so it is a treat to do so. We had 3" for one day 2 winters ago and it was the first time to run in the snow and we had a ball. The video looks good.

Snow??? We don’t need no steeenking snow…

Back in the 60’s here this week after a hard freeze early Monday morning. I haven’t been impressed by the colors this year. Even up in New Hampshire last weekend, it was kind of blah. I think we are past peak now as about 20% of the trees are bare.

I have agree the colors this year were not the best and very short lived. We should have peaked last week but that snow and wind just killed it. Heres a few more shots of last thursdays snow. I never got to run trains had to work. The Appalachain trail going up to Sunrise - Stokes SF
